We will assist you by performing up-to-date medical reviews, assessing whether the employee can continue working within their current role or whether that option is completely off the table.

Criteria:

Be under normal pensionable age

Be permanently incapable of engaging in regular employment of like duration to their current duties because of the illness or injury

Be permanently incapable of efficiently carrying out the duties of their employment due to illness or injury
