Surveillance

A health surveillance program will help you achieve your legislative requirements and obligations under regulations such as COSHH and Control of Vibration at Work regulations, all while ensuring the health of your employees remains a top priority.

What is Health Surveillance?

Health surveillance is the continuous and systematic collection, analysis, and interpretation of health-related data to monitor and prevent disease, injury, and other health conditions. It helps identify patterns and trends in public health, detect outbreaks, and assess the effectiveness of interventions.

By tracking health indicators, governments, and organisations can respond quickly to emerging health threats, protect communities, and promote overall well-being.

Why are Health Surveillance Programmes important?

Health surveillance programmes are important because they help detect early signs of work-related illnesses, ensuring that risks to employee health are identified and managed promptly.

By monitoring health over time, these services protect workers, reduce absenteeism, and improve productivity. They also help businesses comply with legal requirements, preventing costly penalties and promoting a safer, healthier workplace.

Mobile Health Surveillance

We have a fleet of vehicles and experienced staff ready to undertake jobs of any size. We undertake thousands of safety critical medicals and health surveillance appointments every year, for a broad range of companies and organisations. We are also able to undertake more specialist medicals where required.

Our screening vans contain everything that we need to conduct mobile health surveillance. Essentially a mobile clinic, they house an audiometry booth to ensure that testing is done in the most legally defensible way possible.

Our team of occupational health nurses will interpret the individual results which will help you to adjust your control measures if necessary.
